Portfolios $50,000 - $ 499,000

For portfolios valued between $50,000 (our minimum) and $500,000, our annual management fees slide from a maximum of 1.6% per annum on $50,000 down to 1% per annum on $500,000.

  • All fees quoted are exclusive of GST. GST is added to 50% of the management fees charged.
  • With the exception of the establishment fee, fees are fully tax deductible.
  • GMI deducts management fees each month from the client's cash account.


Portfolio setup fee for $50,000 - $499,000

There is a separate one-off establishment fee charged depending on whether the portfolio is established with cash, securities or a securities/cash mix:

Portfolios $500,000 and over

For portfolios valued over $500,000, annual management fees are contingent on the client’s portfolio value and investment mandate, sliding incrementally from 1% to 0.5% for stocks and from 0.5% to 0.25% for cash and fixed interest (see table below). Additionally, they are capped at 1% per annum.
