EMPLOYER CHOICE AGREEMENTS
KiwiSaver doesn’t have to be a hassle for employers. If you would like to choose GMK as the KiwiSaver provider for your business, take a couple of minutes to give us your contact information and we’ll send you an Employer Choice Agreement to sign. If you choose a KiwiSaver provider for your company this does not force your employees to join that provider or lock them in to one provider. It simply means that if your employee does not make an active choice they will be enrolled with your chosen provider.
If you do not choose a KiwiSaver provider for your company, IRD will randomly allocate your employees to one of the six "default providers" unless the employees actively choose their own provider. (The default providers are Tower, ING, AMP, Mercers, AXA, ASB.)
If you already have an Employer Choice Agreement with another provider, you are able to change if you wish to. Simply contact us via a form below and we‘ll take care of the rest.
