The Gareth Morgan KiwiSaver Scheme is designed to appeal to thinking Kiwis. Investment is not a no-brainer; there are all manner of slips between saving and returns that result in the diligent but ill-informed saver finishing up with sweet-all reward.

Our mission is to ensure our members get reasonable return over the lifetime of their savings. Here‘s how we operate:

  • what you see is what you own; no devices like “units” to stop you seeing how your money is invested. Our members know where their savings are invested.
  • it‘s easy for you to check the value of your investment using data from other independent sources (e.g. newspapers)
  • no reserving or similar insurance industry devices that separate you from your money
  • straightforward fees, fully declared, no commissions (hidden or “disclosed”) to financial advisers & other helpers

  • We have the experience and knowledge required to look after your precious savings. Our investment manager (Gareth Morgan Investments) has a 19-year track record of managing people‘s wealth.
  • We personally answer members’ phone calls and emails. We believe the best customer service is based on direct communication.
  • Our technical systems are top-notch, developed in-house, and designed to provide members with 24/7 online access to their KiwiSaver accounts.
  • Contribution transactions are updated daily; Investment Commentary and Investment Position reports are updated monthly. Members can independently verify the value of their accounts down to the dollar.
  • We focus solely on managing your savings, and will not attempt to sell you finance, banking or insurance products or services. We don‘t pay commission to anyone to sell our scheme.
